Xiaochu (Daisy) DAI is an interdisciplinary, multi-media artist currently undertaking a PhD at the University of New South Wales. She holds a Master’s degree in Information Experience Design from the Royal College of Art. With an architectural background, she specialises in using spatial narrative and poetic expression to evoke emotional resonance and explore multi-dimensional immersive experiences. Her research focuses on ecological aesthetics (ecotheology, ecophilosophy, environmental humanities) and immersive visualisation, employing diverse media including poetic text, photography, video, and installation. She is currently exploring emerging fields such as photogrammetry, AR/VR, and AI to investigate material and spiritual connections between humans and non-humans.
